Where do you ship to?
We ship domestically to Singapore and internationally from Singapore to
Malaysia: Flat rate $8 SGD shipping for orders with tracking.
Australia: Flat rate $13.50 SGD shipping for orders with tracking.
Rest of world: Please dm us for shipping rates
How long will my order take?
Transit time can range from 3-5 business days depending on your location in Singapore. All orders are sent out by Courier. When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.
Please note, orders will be left in a secure location at your residence if no one is home. Please try to ensure someone is home to receive the order, or consider delivering to a work address. We will not be held responsible for missing orders. Please double-check your address on the order form, especially unit-numbers.

Where is my order?
If you haven’t received your order within 3 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us @ hello@purpleandpure.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
How do I return my order?
We are confident you will love all of your purchases with us. However, we understand sometimes things don’t work out, and you wish to return an item.
If for any reason you are unsatisfied with an item, you may return it within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. The item must be unblemished, in the condition it was sent, and in its original packaging.
You will be required to pay for return shipping costs.
To return an item, please email us at hello@purpleandpure.com and we will start the process for you.
Once the item is received, please allow 1-2 days for your refund to be processed.
Do you use sustainable packaging
Yes, Purple & Pure is proud to be part of the Zero Waste Packaging Initiative which is a ground-up movement started to encourage businesses to adopt a circular packaging system, provide support and recognise businesses who reduce their waste through those means.
We use clean, reused packaging for all your orders. Whether it's a recycled box or mailer, or reused bubble wrap, we're dedicated to being as eco-friendly as possible to minimise waste.
For all self-collection orders and pop-up events, your items will come in a recycled paper bag or you may bring your own bag too.
Do you have any recycling instructions for the package we receive?
Here is what you can with your packaging
- Recycle Bubble Wrap and cardboard box
- Reuse for other purposes eg as another mailer, bin liner or a pet waste bag- Reused polymailer.
About Our Products
What materials are used to make plantable products?
- Purple & Pure's plantable notebooks and other stationery items are handcrafted from biodegradable seed papers embedded with variety of seeds
- Our Plantable Seed pencil is crafted from recycled paper and wood, containing a seed capsule that can be planted after the pencil is no longer in use
- Plantable Pens are also made from biodegradable materials with seed capsules that can be planted
Why should I choose plantable products?
Every action we take small or big creates an impact on the environment. Knowingly or unknowingly we contribute to waste in our everyday life. By choosing biodegradable and eco-friendly alternatives to our everyday products we can make an attempt to reduce waste and give the products that would other wise end up in the landfill a new life that is better for the environment. Plus the bar is pretty low considering plantable products are very affordable and a better alternative.
What is the lifespan of a plantable product?
The lifespan of a plantable pen depends on the plant seed used and the growing conditions, but in general, they can grow into plants that live for several months to a few years.
Can you be sure that your plantable product will grow?
Most of our plantable products are handmade and made to order using only fresh seeds in production when you place an order. Considering that our products are freshly made the probability of results is much higher. So far we've had a 100% track record on our products. Please note, that good care and support is needed to bring anything to life - as long as you are nurturing the seeds sown, it should sprout.
Can you plant the plantable seed paper with plantable pen ink?
Yes, you can plant on plantable seed paper with a plantable pen. The ink used in plantable pens is typically water-based, so it does not interfere with the germination of the seeds in the paper. However, it's important to avoid excessive pressure when writing or printing to avoid damaging the seeds.

Certainly all our plantable gifts can be tailored to your preferences, as we accomodate each client's unique needs. To customize your eco-friendly promotional gifts with your design, please follow these steps:
- Reach out to us via email to receive the product catalog
- Select the product that suits your requirements
- Once the product and quantity is finalized we will provide a design template with quotation.
- Email us your finalized designs when you are ready to proceed with full production
What about delivery times?
Our products are handcrafted and assembled by women in underprivileged regions. While our standard delivery time for custom orders is 2-3 weeks, it might vary based on workload.
Can I choose seeds for all promotional gifts?
Our product range provides a variety of seed options, primarily focusing on vegetables, herbs and flowers. Explore the diverse seeds available for our seed paper, plantable pens, pencils, kits and other eco-friendly promotional gifts. Please note that seed paper is limited to standard seeds for production reasons, but for other plantable gifts, feel free to reach out for seed customization. We aim to tailor your corporate gift with the most suitable seeds for your project.

Yes, we understand that not all orders are high MOQs. We offer upto 25% off on bulk orders depending on your order quantity.
