Delivery in Singapore:

- Free delivery in Singapore for orders above $25

- Courier 3 to 4 working days : $3

All delivery and shipment dates are estimated. We are not able to guarantee certain dates/times. 

Make sure you entered and double-check your (full) address before placing an order. Let us know immediately if you entered the wrong address so we can change the label, if possible. If the order has been shipped & returned to us, you will need to pay for shipping cost again.

International Shipping:

We offer international shipping to select countries in Asia. Japan, Malaysia, South Korea, Thailand, Taiwan, China, Hong Kong, Thailand, Indonesia

Note:

  • Delivery times for international shipments may vary based on the destination country and customs clearance processes.

  • All international shipping costs are based on weight tiers .

  • Delivery and shipment dates are estimated, and we cannot guarantee specific dates/times.

  • Please ensure that the shipping address provided is correct and complete. We are not responsible for any issues arising from incorrect or incomplete addresses. If the address is wrong and the package has already been shipped, we may not be able to reroute it, and the package will be returned at your cost.

  • Customs Duties and Taxes: International customers may be subject to customs duties or taxes, which are not included in the shipping fee. These charges are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Shipping Carrier: We use trusted international couriers such as Singapore Post and other reliable partners to deliver your orders.

 

Refund & Return

We are confident you will love all of your purchases with us. However, we understand sometimes things don’t work out, and you wish to return an item.

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with an item, you may return it within 7 days of purchase for a full refund. The item must be unblemished, in the condition it was sent, and in its original packaging.

Return are possible up to 7 days after receipt of your order. Please ensure that the products are not used.. Please note that the return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

To return an item, please email us at hello@purpleandpure.com and we will start the process for you.

Once the item is received, please allow 1-2 days for your refund to be processed.

 

Zero Waste Packaging Initiative

Purple & Pure is proud to be part of the Zero Waste Packaging Initiative which is a ground-up movement started to encourage businesses to adopt a circular packaging system, provide support and recognise businesses who reduce their waste through those means.

We use clean, reused packaging for all your orders. Whether it's a recycled box or mailer, or reused bubble wrap, we're dedicated to being as eco-friendly as possible to minimise waste. 

For all self-collection orders and pop-up events, your items will come in a recycled paper bag or you may bring your own bag too. 

What to do with your Packaging:

  1. Recycle- Recycled Bubble Wrap and cardboard box

  2. Reuse for other purposes eg as another mailer, bin liner or a pet waste bag- Reused polymailer.
