1. Light the candle and enjoy its soothing aroma.
2. Once finished, take the seed paper dust cover and soak it in water to activate the seeds.
3. Clean the candle ceramic pot to prepare it for planting.
4. Place the cocopeat disc inside the pot, then add water and let it expand into nutrient-rich soil.
5. Add the softened seed paper to the cocopeat and mix it well for even growth.
6. Place the pot in a sunny spot, keep the soil moist, and watch as your flowers or herbs begin to grow—giving your candle a second life!

Singapore

We are proud to offer free shipping Singapore wide for all orders above a total of $50!

Orders below $50 SGD :Flat $4 shipping is added at checkout.

Transit time can range from 3-5 business days depending on your location in Singapore. All orders are sent out by Courier. When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Please note, orders will be left in a secure location at your residence if no one is home. Please try to ensure someone is home to receive the order, or consider delivering to a work address. We will not be held responsible for missing orders. Please double-check your address on the order form, especially unit-numbers.

If you haven’t received your order within 3 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us @ hello@purpleandpure.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

We ship internationally from Singapore. Please note that this website is in Singapore dollars (SGD) 

Malaysia: Flat rate $8 SGD shipping for orders with tracking.

Australia: Flat rate $13.50 SGD shipping for orders with tracking.

We are confident you will love all of your purchases with us. However, we understand sometimes things don’t work out, and you wish to return an item.

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with an item, you may return it within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. The item must be unblemished, in the condition it was sent, and in its original packaging.

You will be required to pay for return shipping costs.

To return an item, please email us at hello@purpleandpure.com and we will start the process for you.

Once the item is received, please allow 1-2 days for your refund to be processed.

Purple & Pure is proud to be part of the Zero Waste Packaging Initiative which is a ground-up movement started to encourage businesses to adopt a circular packaging system, provide support and recognise businesses who reduce their waste through those means.

We use clean, reused packaging for all your orders. Whether it's a recycled box or mailer, or reused bubble wrap, we're dedicated to being as eco-friendly as possible to minimise waste. 

For all self-collection orders and pop-up events, your items will come in a recycled paper bag or you may bring your own bag too. 

What to do with your Packaging:
