How long does the candle burn?
About 30 to 40 hours from the 200g candle.
What is the candle made of?
A natural blend of soy wax, coconut wax and beeswax. Because it contains beeswax, it is not vegan.
How do I get the best burn?
On the first burn, let the wax melt all the way to the edge (about 2 hours) to avoid tunnelling. Trim the wick to about 5mm before each use, burn for no more than 4 hours at a time, and never leave a burning candle unattended.
Is there a discount for buying more than one?
Yes. Any 2 Solace candles are S$55, applied automatically at checkout.
Do you offer corporate or bulk orders in Singapore?

We are proud to offer free shipping Singapore wide for all orders above a total of $30!
Orders below $30 SGD : Flat $4 shipping is added at checkout.
Same day shipping option is available for orders placed on the same day before 9am for below charges:

Transit time can range from 2-3 business days depending on your location in Singapore.
All orders are sent out by Courier. When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.
Please note, orders will be left in a secure location at your residence if no one is home. Please try to ensure someone is home to receive the order, or consider delivering to a work address. We will not be held responsible for missing orders. Please double-check your address on the order form, especially unit-numbers.

We are confident you will love all of your purchases with us. However, we understand sometimes things don’t work out, and you wish to return an item.
If for any reason you are unsatisfied with an item, you may return it within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. The item must be unblemished, in the condition it was sent, and in its original packaging.
You will be required to pay for return shipping costs.

Once the item is received, please allow 1-2 days for your refund to be processed.
Zero Waste Packaging Initiative
Purple & Pure is proud to be part of the Zero Waste Packaging Initiative which is a ground-up movement started to encourage businesses to adopt a circular packaging system, provide support and recognize businesses who reduce their waste through those means.
We use clean, reused packaging for all your orders. Whether it's a recycled box or mailer, or reused bubble wrap, we're dedicated to being as eco-friendly as possible to minimise waste.
For all self-collection orders and pop-up events, your items will come in a recycled paper bag or you may bring your own bag too.
