Local Shipping (within Singapore)
We are proud to offer free shipping Singapore wide for all orders above a total of $25!
Orders below $25 SGD : Flat $3 shipping is added at checkout.
Next day shipping option is available for orders placed on the same day before 12 PM for below charges:
- Free for orders above $100 SGD
- Additional $8 shipping charges for order value below $100
Transit time can range from 2-3 business days depending on your location in Singapore.
All orders are sent out by Courier. When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.
Please note, orders will be left in a secure location at your residence if no one is home. Please try to ensure someone is home to receive the order, or consider delivering to a work address. We will not be held responsible for missing orders. Please double-check your address on the order form, especially unit-numbers.
If you haven’t received your order within 3 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us @ hello@purpleandpure.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
International Shipping
Malaysia - Free express shipping for orders above MYR 150, otherwise its MYR 25 for shipping for orders below MYR 150.
USA - Free express shipping for orders above $200, otherwise its $25 for shipping for orders below $200.
*Shipping is not handled by us directly, but by 3rd party providers. While we only work with reliable partners for e.g. Singpost, QXpress, Ninja Van, Janio and the likes, we are not liable for any loss/damage caused by the 3rd party shipping providers.
Return
We are confident you will love all of your purchases with us. However, we understand sometimes things don’t work out, and you wish to return an item.
If for any reason you are unsatisfied with an item, you may return it within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. The item must be unblemished, in the condition it was sent, and in its original packaging.
You will be required to pay for return shipping costs.
To return an item, please email us at hello@purpleandpure.com and we will start the process for you.
Once the item is received, please allow 1-2 days for your refund to be processed.
Zero Waste Packaging Initiative
Purple & Pure is proud to be part of the Zero Waste Packaging Initiative which is a ground-up movement started to encourage businesses to adopt a circular packaging system, provide support and recognize businesses who reduce their waste through those means.
We use clean, reused packaging for all your orders. Whether it's a recycled box or mailer, or reused bubble wrap, we're dedicated to being as eco-friendly as possible to minimise waste.
For all self-collection orders and pop-up events, your items will come in a recycled paper bag or you may bring your own bag too.
What to do with your Packaging:
- Recycle- Recycled Bubble Wrap and cardboard box
- Reuse for other purposes eg as another mailer, bin liner or a pet waste bag- Reused polymailer.
